Right of withdrawl
Instruction on the right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within one month in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) without stating reasons. The withdrawal period shall commence upon receipt of this instruction in text form, however, not before concluding the contract and not before fulfilling our information obligations according §312c para 2 BGB (German Civil Code) in connection with § 1 para. 1, 2 and 4 BGB InfoV as well as our obligations according to § 312e para 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with § 3 BGB InfoV. The withdrawal period shall be deemed observed if the withdrawal is dispatched in good time.

Consequences of the withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, each party shall return to the respective other party the benefits received and usage advantages as the case may be. In case you are unable to reimburse in total or partially for services received or only in a deteriorated condition, you are required to offer compensation accordingly. You will not be held responsible of any replacement upon deterioration, if you use the service as intended. The obligation to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The deadline starts for you with dispatch of your instruction on the right of withdrawal or the item, for us it starts with our receipt of the same.
Special information
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely for a service, if we have begun to execute the service with your explicit agreement before the end of the withdrawal period or if you have initiated this yourself.
