2. Collection of data when services requiring registration are used at the website myx2u.com
We will collect, store, process and use your personal data, if you want to use services offered at the domain myx2u.com.
Personal data within the meaning of the German Federal Data Privacy Act and German Telemedia Act means individual items of information about the personal and/or material circumstances of a certain or ascertainable natural person.
When you register for our services, we currently collect your name and first name, your email address, a user name as well as your address data (street, house number, postal zip code, city and country) as compulsory information. Using our service is not possible without specifying this compulsory information.
You have the possibility to change the compulsory information in your user profile at any time. This also applies to the password, which our system assigns automatically at registration and which you require to log in to your customer account.
We use your personal data for furnishing our services, in particular for handling orders, sales and payments. Furthermore, we use your data to maintain and manage your customer account or if you contact us.
Subject to your approval, we can also use personal data you give to us to send you a Newsletter or to provide you with information about the Internet service we offer on the domain myx2u.com. 3. Cookies
We do not use any cookies on our website myx2u.com.
